requirements

3+ years of experience in project management roles with specific focus on web and mobile development
Comprehensive understanding of and capability to oversee full SDLC in Agile environments
Expertise in distilling complex business needs into clear technical requirements
Proficiency in web and mobile development technologies, including familiarity with frameworks, cloud services (Google Cloud Platform), and APIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented thinking aptitudes
Leadership skills coupled with a cooperative team management style
Background in using Java, Spring Boot, Redis, ElasticSearch, Postgres for backend services
Knowledge of Flutter for universal application development and Angular as a potential web technology
Competency in working with microservices architecture, RESTful and event-based messaging
