We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team and help us shape the future of our infrastructure. Our customer, a leading global provider of online payment solutions, is looking to strengthen its infrastructure and operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that infrastructure solutions are aligned with business needs and technical requirements
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the availability and performance of infrastructure components
- Ensure that infrastructure solutions comply with security and compliance requirements
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, demonstrating hands-on experience in infrastructure design and management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with infrastructure as code development and maintenance using Terraform
- Fluency in spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of Bash programming language and previous experience using it for infrastructure automation
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
