We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remote Senior System Engineer with AWS.
The successful candidate will have production experience building infrastructure based on core cloud services with full or partial automation and the ability to effectively manage the lifecycle of cloud services using either native AWS or open-source tools.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the system stability, performance tuning, and system growth
- AWS cloud infrastructure change management (implementing Infrastructure-as-Code)
- Configuration of observability (logging and monitoring)
- Developing PaaS on top of turn-key solutions, as well as AWS IaaS
- Troubleshooting and patching the system
- CI/CD implementation (as-Code)
- Working closely with customer's teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: AWS (CFN, CDK, Terraform)
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s)
- CI/CD: Jenkins (Groovy SDK, Jenkinsfile), Gitlab-CI
- Configuration Management: Ansible, Terraform
- Observability: DataDog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, ELK, etc
- Associate-level AWS certification
- B2+ English level
