We are seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps to join our remote team.
Your primary focus will be release management and continuous integration of Salesforce using Git, Copado, and other DevOps tools compatible with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
As a Senior Salesforce DevOps, you will work with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and QA engineers, to ensure the smooth delivery of releases and ensure that the release pipeline is streamlined and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Manage the release process and ensure that all releases meet quality standards
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and QA engineers, to ensure that the release pipeline is streamlined and efficient
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize release requirements
- Develop and maintain release schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Troubleshoot issues related to the release process and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in code reviews to ensure that all code is being released in a controlled and efficient manner
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful Salesforce platform experience
- Enterprise experience in software consulting is preferred
- Experience creating a streamlined release pipeline with a proven record of technical skills
- Experience working with DevOps technologies, including Copado and Git
- In-depth understanding of the core Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Ability to work during the EST timezone
- Proficient in English, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of competency for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrative Certification is required
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Jenkins
