We are currently looking for a remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join the global team.
Responsibilities
- Set up new instances of Apache Tomcat
- Set up resource monitoring for Apache Tomcat instances
- Update version of Jenkins and Apache Tomcat instances
- Migrate servlet based webapp to spring boot standalone app using Docker
- Monitor, Configurate and Optimize Kibana instances + Logstash and Elastic Search Indexes
- Deploy and configure Jenkins
- Install and configure development tools/software like Java, Maven, Git on Windows and Linux machines
- Monitor application (NewRelic, Grafana, …)
- Document DevOps processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Experience working in agile software development projects
- Experience with Java AppServer
- Knowledge of Jenkins
- Knowledge of Apache Tomcat
- Familiarity with Docker
- Strong focus on business value, self-organized and proactive working style, strong team player, strong communication skills
