We are actively seeking a motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to integrate with our remote team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your contributions will be pivotal in consolidating cloud providers, identifying and rectifying unaligned operational practices across internal teams, and maintaining existing build pipelines and deployments.
Responsibilities
- Simplify the deployment of the project
- Consolidate cloud providers by pinpointing and migrating to equivalent services
- Detect and address unaligned operational practices across internal teams
- Maintain existing build pipelines and deployments
- Develop and keep automated deployment scripts and templates for infrastructure setup
- Work closely with development teams to include new features and improvements into the deployment pipeline
- Ensure system security adhering to best practices and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps
- Recent experience with AWS and Terraform
- Experience managing Postgres or other relational databases
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or Docker
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with Python/Java
- Experience with high throughput web applications
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of Elasticsearch
