We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure necessary for our Production Systems
- Collaborate with SRE teams, support teams, and full-stack developers to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems
- Drive cloud enablement and digital transformation through the implementation of best practices and the adoption of new technologies
- Monitor and analyze system performance using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools
- Implement and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Create and maintain IaC scripts for OpenStack private and Azure clouds
- Work with follow-the-sun support teams to ensure 24/7 coverage
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Docker and Dynatrace
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes
- Strong experience in cloud enablement and digital transformation
- Experience working with IaC and OpenStack private and Azure clouds
- Experience with Kanban-driven scaled team approaches
- Experience with follow-the-sun support models
- Experience with full-stack development
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Chef
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
