We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team and work with the world's leading learning company. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the infrastructure for our client's learning platforms. You will be working with a team of highly skilled engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best performance and reliability of our infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure for our client's learning platforms
- Implement and maintain IaC solutions using latest tools and technologies to manage infrastructure as code
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure changes
- Ensure the best performance and reliability of our infrastructure by designing and implementing monitoring and logging solutions
- Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of infrastructure and application issues
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in DevOps, recommending and implementing improvements to our infrastructure
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, demonstrating hands-on experience in infrastructure development and maintenance
- Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development and maintenance using Terraform
- Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including automated testing and deployment strategies
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python Basics
- Good understanding of SQL and database management systems
- Experience in managing Linux and Microsoft Windows servers, including troubleshooting and optimization
- Proven experience in cloud computing, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
