We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team and work on a dynamic project for an American video game company. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure automation processes, monitoring and alerting, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure automation processes, including provisioning, configuration management, and deployment
- Develop and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservice architecture patterns
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools, ensuring high availability and scalability
- Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure, continuously identifying and mitigating risks
- Develop and maintain documentation of the systems and processes
- Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and application issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in DevOps and infrastructure automation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, and CI/CD
- Experience with Terraform and PowerShell, as well as Bash and Python
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture patterns and databases, particularly with Amazon Web Services
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines, including Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI/CD
- Good spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Lambda and other serverless technologies
- Experience with infrastructure testing tools like Terratest and KitchenCI
