We are actively seeking a seasoned remote Senior Cloud Engineer to join our distributed team, contributing to the development and design of robust, scalable systems.
In this role, you'll explore, create, and implement innovative technologies into our infrastructure, enhancing the operational efficiency of our entire product suite.
Your responsibilities will encompass constructing and managing our Azure/AWS infrastructure, as well as supervising and addressing issues spanning our diverse range of applications. Furthermore, your role will involve foreseeing business needs and translating them into tangible technical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Engage closely with engineering teams to architect and build systems that demonstrate resilience and scalability
- Explore, innovate, and integrate emerging technologies into the infrastructure, optimizing workflows for all products
- Construct and uphold Azure/AWS infrastructure
- Supervise and address issues throughout the application landscape
- Foresee business requirements and convert them into actionable technical directives
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer or in a comparable role
- Pproficiency in containerization leveraging Kubernetes and Docker
- Expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) employing tools like GitHub Actions
- A solid comprehension of cloud infrastructure provisioning, inclusive of Ansible
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with cloud service providers such as Azure/AWS
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and Shell
- Expertise in Helm and Terraform
- Familiarity with Splunk or alternative log analysis tools
