We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.
You will be responsible for installing and configuring cloud-virtualized servers, transitioning applications and CFT flows to the cloud, and providing level 2 incident and request management for European countries.
This role requires strong knowledge of application servers, middleware, and Linux administration, as well as the ability to analyze data to identify problem root causes and suggest improvements.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure cloud virtualized servers for European countries
- Transition applications and CFT flows to the cloud servers
- Communicate with the Cardif Business regarding integration matters
- Provide level 2 incident and request management for European countries
- Assist users in subsidiaries with technical issues
- Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and suggest improvements
- Adopt and apply ITGP OPS culture values and test procedures defined for the department
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Deep understanding of infrastructure, including network DNS, DHCP, and security
- Experience with Citrix, IBM Cloud, Infrastructure & Operations, Linux Administration, and VMware Workstation
- Proficiency in virtualized environments and IBM Cloud environment
- Expertise in Windows and Linux infrastructure, CFT Client, and scripting languages like Shell and PowerShell
- Knowledge of project methodology, production support, and incident management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- B2+ English level
