We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team and help develop and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure. Our client, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a skilled engineer to help design, implement, and maintain their cloud-based infrastructure. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and scalability of our client's infrastructure and help prevent data breaches caused by stolen credentials.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the infrastructure and tools needed to support our client's mission
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that CI/CD pipelines are properly integrated into the software development lifecycle
- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging tools to ensure high availability and reliability of systems
- Automate manual processes and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team
- Continuously improve our infrastructure and processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps engineer, with a focus on cloud-based environments
- A deep understanding of CI/CD principles and experience implementing them in production environments
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps for cloud-based infrastructure management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with other cloud-based platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Experience with container monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
