We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team and support our multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate client. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code and ensure the smooth operation of our client's applications. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications and systems
- Implement and improve processes and tools for deployment, monitoring, and automation
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolutions
- Design and implement security and compliance controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve our systems and processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, demonstrating experience in Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
- Expertise in infrastructure as code development and maintenance, using Gitlab
- Strong experience with Amazon Web Services, including AWS IAM, AWS Lambda, and AWS CloudFormation
- Experience in Elasticsearch, Solr, and other search engines
- Proficiency in Unix and Bash scripting
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Strong spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
