We are looking for a remote Senior Build Engineer with experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) who can design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure with a mid-high level of complexity using native AWS or open-source tools.
You will be responsible for enhancing system stability, performance tuning, and system growth, as well as troubleshooting and patching the system. The ideal candidate will have a Cloud Certification Level of Associate or Professional and in-depth knowledge of AWS core concepts and services.
Responsibilities
- AWS Cloud Infrastructure Change management (implementing Infrastructure-as-Code)
- Configuration of Observability (Logging and Monitoring)
- Design and Implementation of PaaS (Platform Engineering)
- CI/CD Implementation (as-Code)
- Backlog Management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management: AWS (CFN, CDK, Terraform)
- Strong understanding of Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s)
- Expertise in CI/CD: Jenkins (Groovy SDK, Jenkinsfile), GitLab-CI
- Experienced with Configuration Management: Ansible, Terraform
- Proficient in Observability: DataDog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, ELK, etc.
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
- Cloud Certification Level of Associate or Professional
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps
- Knowledge of Jenkins and AWS services
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell
- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
