We are looking for a remote Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team and support a GCP Migration project using IaC (Terraform) and Ansible Configuration Management.
Your responsibilities will include migrating our current infrastructure to the Google Cloud Platform while leveraging Infrastructure as Code principles. Your role will involve creating Jenkins pipelines for application builds and configuring the infrastructure to ensure seamless migration.
Responsibilities
- Support the GCP Migration project using Infrastructure as Code principles with Terraform
- Configure the infrastructure using Ansible Configuration Management
- Create Jenkins pipelines for application builds to ensure seamless migration
- Identify and troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Continuously improve the infrastructure and processes to optimize performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, Load Balancers, and Firewall, and cloud operations using gcloud commands
- Expertise in configuration management using Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, including multibranch pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- B2+ English level proficiency
