We are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to be an integral part of our remote team for an exhilarating new project. In this role, you will be crucial in streamlining project deployment, fusing cloud providers, and pinpointing and rectifying misaligned operational practices within internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Streamline the deployment process of the project
- Merger cloud providers by identifying and migrating similar services
- Uncover and address discrepancies in operational practices across various internal teams
- Maintain existing build pipelines and deployments
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in DevOps
- Expertise in AWS coupled with recent experience in using Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for configuration management
- Proficiency in managing Postgres or other relational databases
- Recent experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker for container orchestration
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with English proficiency at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or Java for scripting and automation
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch for log management and analysis
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with high throughput web applications
- Understanding of AWS CloudFormation
