We are currently looking for a remote Lead DevOps Engineer to become a part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Work on requests coming from Engineering team on access, pipelines issue resolutions, configuration
- For issue unable to be solved due to the lack of institutional knowledge the expectation will be to work with engineers on the team to the requests completion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Knowledge of BitBucket/Bamboo
- Experience with Configuration management
- Experience in monitoring and log management tools
- Understanding and explaining of DevOps approach and best practices
- Experience with micro-services architecture
- Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure provisioning tools
- Fluency in scripting languages (Bash or Python)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SDLC and release management
- Knowledge in orchestration of containers
- Knowledge of best practice for cloud IT security
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL related databases
- Experience in working with distributed teams
