Lead DevOps Engineer for a Host of the Golf Championships in the USA

Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead DevOps Engineer.

We welcome you to join our team currently working on development and IT operations activity for our customer, a host of the golf championships in the USA.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate projects migration to VSTS from different platforms with configured CI/CD
  • Lead a team of System Engineers
  • Interact with the customer via email, calls, onsite meetings, etc.
  • Consult and assist in infrastructure overviews, cost estimations
  • Increase Reliability, Stability, Resilience and Security of Apps and Environments
  • Implement infrastructure as a code practice
  • Implement Azure Network infrastructure and connect it to Premise Networking and 3rd party datacenters
  • Promote Flows configured to preserve consistency across all of environments
  • Implement Scale down automation on non-business hours
  • Complete RMAP and HCS build-release flows migration from Document DB to MS SQL
Requirements
  • 4+ years of project experience in DevOps and system administration -
  • 1+ year of team-leading experience
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation, ideally for Drupal (Jenkins, Octopus)
  • Deployment, configuration and administration of common application stacks: Drupal (must have), PHP (No Drupal Development experience required)
  • Microsoft Azure – IaaS/PaaS/SaaS
  • Microsoft Windows operation systems
  • VSTS (Git repositories, build-release definitions)
  • SQL Server 2014/2016
  • Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
  • Basic networking skills
