Responsibilities
- Deploy microservices in a CI/CD CodePipeline environment with scripting, testing, and backup processes
- Define KPIs that are measurable and relevant for DevOps Engineers
- Supervise automated builds using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Establish and configure automated, real-time application monitoring systems
- Analyze database logs and outline key system performance metrics
- Maintain security and high availability for database systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps positions
- Background in cloud-based DevOps infrastructures
- Understanding of essential DevOps principles such as security, scalability, and reliability
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for deployment, setup, and configuration
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Knowledge of Azure Log Analytics or similar monitoring platforms
- Flexibility to operate effectively in an Agile environment
- Competency in English communication—both verbal and written
- Strong analytical reasoning and decision-making capabilities
Nice to have
- Background in Active Directory and AWS environments
- Understanding of Microservice Architecture Style principles
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash
- Skills in programming languages such as Ruby or Python
