We are searching for a competent remote Lead DevOps Engineer with a keen eye for detail to join our esteemed team. The project entails a focus on the migration of applications to the AWS cloud. In this role, you're tasked with setting up CI/CD infrastructure utilizing CodePipeline, dealing with CloudFormation templates to deploy clou
Responsibilities
- Design and execute CI/CD pipelines employing AWS CodePipeline and CloudFormation templates
- Lead the team of the experienced engineers
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to facilitate smooth operations of the infrastructure
- Migrate applications to the AWS cloud using the best-suited approaches identified through POC work
- Develop and manage AWS IAM roles and policies for secure access to AWS resources
- Configure and manage API Gateway and AWS Elastic Load Balancing to ensure high availability and scalability
- Monitor and perform troubleshooting tasks on the infrastructure using Datadog
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the infrastructure and its elements
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering
- Profound knowledge of AWS services like AWS CloudFormation, AWS CodePipeline, AWS IAM, AWS Secret Manager
- Experience with POC work to analyze the best methods of migrating applications to Cloud
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS Elastic Load Balancing, AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, Amazon MQ, Amazon Route 53
- Experience with API Gateway
- Proficiency with Gradle
- Familiarity with Datadog
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot
