We are looking for a skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team.
This position entails managing and building infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform through Terraform. You will utilize your expertise in DevOps to boost performance and security while collaborating with teams to improve cloud solutions. Responsibilities
- Build GCP infrastructure modules using Terraform
- Automate deployment processes with relevant tools
- Provide security and compliance oversight for cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by offering technical expertise
- Document procedures to share knowledge across the team
- Monitor and adjust cloud resource usage and associated costs
- Apply best practices for infrastructure management
- Assist in incident response and troubleshooting tasks
- Engage in continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role with Google Cloud Platform as the focus
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance using Terraform
- Background in GCP Networking and Google Virtual Private Cloud
- Understanding of GCP Operations and Google Cloud Billing processes
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a group setting
- Professional-level English language skills
Nice to have
- Certification in Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer
- Background in Azure DevOps
- Competency in container orchestration tools
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Skills in monitoring and logging tools
