Lead DevOps (API & Integration)

We are looking to recruit a Lead DevOps Engineer to take a pivotal role in enhancing and sustaining the integration of healthcare solutions with 3rd party collaborations.

The ideal candidate will greatly impact the success of our projects by ensuring their seamless operation and swift responsiveness to the needs of diverse stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual adept at steering technical projects and cooperating with teams to implement robust solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Expedite the integration process between PCC and RITA applications
  • Boost DevOps operations within the Control Tower
  • Administer AWS CDK Infrastructure adeptly
  • Engineer high-quality software design and architecture
  • Organize and complete tasks throughout the software development life cycle
  • Generate clean, efficient code for tools and applications
  • Examine, debug, and refine code as needed
  • Execute validation and verification testing for applications
  • Work with internal and external teams to enhance products
  • Record all operations and tasks in designated project tracking tools
  • Engage actively in client communications and address support queries
  • Convert client requirements from Zendesk into actionable JIRA tickets
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance for diverse projects
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in PHP 8.2, MySQL, Kubernetes, and AWS
  • Robust experience with RESTful APIs and systems integrating with PCC and third-party applications (Matrix API is critical)
  • Skilled in preparing clear, comprehensive technical documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp focus on details and a customer-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English and strong people skills
  • Preferably experienced with PCC systems or similar healthcare systems
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Provider systems
  • Acquaintance with JIRA and Laravel
