Lead AWS DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to design scalable infrastructure solutions, streamline deployment processes, and improve integration practices.

This role requires expertise in AWS and experience with modern DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and fault-tolerant AWS infrastructure using Amazon ECS and related AWS services
  • Develop automation tools to enhance deployment workflows
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless continuous delivery pipelines
  • Manage containerized environments with Docker to optimize application performance
  • Oversee version control workflows with Git to maintain code security and quality
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Evaluate best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management
  • Monitor application and system performance within AWS environments
  • Enforce security and compliance standards across cloud infrastructure
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or comparable roles
  • Leadership experience of at least 1 year
  • Expertise in Amazon Web Services, including Amazon ECS and associated tools
  • Skills in containerization and orchestration using Docker
  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices
  • Knowledge of automation and tools for infrastructure as code in cloud environments
Nice to have
  • Understanding of AWS Elastic Beanstalk to build scalable solutions
  • Background in Azure DevOps for pipeline management and optimization
  • Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud operational strategies
