We are searching for a talented and experienced Chief DevOps Engineer (DevSecOps) to be part of our energetic team.
In this position, you will guide the development, execution, and management of our DevSecOps operations using modern technologies and leading practices to elevate our infrastructure, boost security, and refine deployment processes. Your involvement will be crucial in enhancing the productivity and capability of our enterprise applications, guaranteeing they adhere to tough security protocols and deliver excellent performance.
Responsibilities
- Aid in aligning complex application architectures with business objectives
- Establish coding standards utilizing AI technologies
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, and upkeep of crucial platforms
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including resilience, metrics, and incident resolution
- Administer cloud services and infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Work closely with various teams such as developers, operations, and QA to fulfill project objectives
- Explain intricate technical details to non-technical audiences to facilitate effective knowledge sharing
- Formulate, oversee, and enhance CI/CD processes
- Design scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency
- Assist in upgrading and managing container and serverless frameworks like AKS, EKS, Docker, and Azure Functions
- Uphold security best practices and conduct routine security evaluations
- Keep detailed records of processes, procedures, and configurations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of familiarity with AI and Generative AI technologies
- A minimum of 7 years of active experience in DevSecOps engineering, ideally within an enterprise context
- Background in application and infrastructure operations
- Qualifications in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for scriptwriting and automation
- In-depth understanding of .NET, JAVA, and other programming frameworks
- Extensive expertise in Terraform for IaC management
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, specifically in pipeline management
- Capability to lead and guide other engineers
- Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms like GCP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring platform dependability and scalability in rapidly changing environments
