Our team in Lisbon is in need of a Chief DevOps Engineer who has proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
In this position, your tasks will involve working on LLM backend plugins and keeping up with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and large language models. You will be tasked with making technical concepts easily understandable to stakeholders and ensuring successful project execution by working in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and development of LLM backend plugins
- Keeping up with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and large language models through research
- Clear and concise presentation of technical concepts to stakeholders
- Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
- Documentation and reporting of project progress, highlighting key achievements and potential areas for improvement
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps
- At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams, showcasing excellent leadership skills
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models
- Excellent English communication skills with a B2+ level
- Commitment to work in the office on schedule

- Additional certifications in relevant fields
- Track record of successful project management
