Responsibilities
- Deploy microservices in a CI/CD CodePipeline environment with scripting, testing, and backup creation
- Define KPIs that are measurable and effective for DevOps team members
- Supervise automated build processes using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Set up and implement automated real-time application monitoring systems
- Analyze database logs and identify system performance metrics
- Maintain high availability and security of database systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps positions
- Background in cloud-based DevOps solutions
- Understanding of core principles like security, scalability, and reliability in DevOps
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for deployment, setup, and configuration
- Proficiency in CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Log Analytics or similar
- Flexibility to operate in an Agile-driven environment
- Competency in English communication, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical reasoning and decision-making skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Active Directory and AWS
- Understanding of Microservice Architecture Style
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Skills in programming languages such as Ruby or Python
