We are currently looking for a remote 2nd Line / Environments Support Engineer with 6+ months of experience as a Systems Engineer and Veeva proficiency to join our team.
The customer is a leading agriculture company helping to improve global food security by enabling millions of farmers to make better use of available resources. Through world-class science and innovative crop solutions company commits to rescuing land from degradation, enhancing biodiversity, and revitalizing rural communities.
The main pool of tasks is associated with support of Veeva Vault, integrations of existing customer information systems with the Vault, and custom-made Java applications working with the Vault via API.
Responsibilities
- Incident management
- Problem solving
- Vault configuration management
- Vault user management
- Integration procedures support
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience as a Systems Engineer
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
- High-level Java knowledge (no need to have programming skills)
- Knowledge of Amazon cloud infrastructure and services (EC2, Cloud Formation)
- Experience in Scrum
- Experience in DevOps methodologies
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Jira, ServiceNow proficiency
- Fast learner
- Good communicator
Nice to have
- Experience with Veeva products (Vault, CRM)
- Knowledge of Oracle 11G/12C
- Experience of working with MS servers
- Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab experience is a plus
- RedHat/CentOS experience is a plus
