We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with experience in delivering innovative digital Java/.NET solutions to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
Initiate efforts for new business development
Ensure successful delivery of customer projects
Oversee customer relationships and expectations
Deliver projects in alignment with EPAM processes and methodologies
Resolve customer issues during engagements in collaboration with the Account Manager
Confirm that customer responsibilities are fulfilled during engagements
Identify and manage engagement risks while addressing major issues early
Contribute to overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling
Create revenue and resource forecasts for engagements
Provide engagement timesheets and billing information
Deliver weekly or monthly engagement reports
Develop time estimates, quality measures, and resource requirements for implementing projects, and create comprehensive project plans
Define criteria for deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
Assist in analyzing client processes with needs analysis and propose new models, workflows, or innovative solutions

Requirements

Minimum of 18-21 years of experience in the software industry
At least 5 years of project management experience involving end-to-end delivery
Strong understanding of software development with a background in Java or .Net
Knowledge of using generative AI to improve productivity and efficiency in project delivery
Proficiency in communication, presentation, and planning
Competency in organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in executing projects using Agile methodology
Familiarity with HLD, LLD, and code reviews
Financial experience in handling P&L at project or account level
