We are seeking a Solution Architect – Salesforce FSL to lead the architectural vision and technical evolution of our Job Center solution for a major Oil and Gas services company.

This role is pivotal in supporting both the sustainment of current operations and the transformation to a future-state platform, ensuring stability, scalability and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and evolution of solution architecture on the Salesforce platform to support current and future transformation goals
  • Develop high-level technical designs for new features and enhancements with a focus on scalability, performance and reliability
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits and security standards
  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to lead engineers and development teams
  • Define the technical roadmap for the JobCenter solution, identifying opportunities for refactoring and improvement
  • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into robust and sustainable technical designs
  • Manage the transition from the current system to the transformed solution, supporting both legacy and new components in parallel
  • Provide ongoing sustainment and operational support for the existing JobCenter solution to ensure stability and reliability
Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years of overall experience in technology roles
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including data model, security model and development capabilities such as Apex and LWC
  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture with a track record of designing large-scale complex Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to think strategically and make architectural decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term objectives
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with FieldFX and Salesforce Field Service
  • Experience in a sustainment or operations environment
