We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior System Engineer – Windows Admin to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strong grasp of Windows systems administration, a knack for automation, and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal system performance. Responsibilities

Write and maintain scripts using Windows Batch scripting, PowerShell, and YAML
Manage system configurations using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Leverage Azure Cloud for infrastructure and services
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Monitor system performance using tools such as New Relic and Sensu
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve system reliability
Document procedures, best practices, and solutions clearly and comprehensively
Lead incident response efforts for critical issues
Ensure security and quality compliance to meet organizational standards

Requirements

6+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a Windows environment
Strong understanding of Windows Server 2022 administration and VMware management
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), New Relic, and Sensu
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A quick learner who can adapt to new technologies effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
English skills at a B2 level or higher
