We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect – Salesforce FSL to drive the sustainment and transformation of mission-critical solutions for a leading Oil and Gas services company.

This role is pivotal in supporting both the stability of current operations and the successful implementation of future-state digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of solution architecture on the Salesforce platform to support current and future transformation goals
Develop high-level technical designs for new features and enhancements with a focus on scalability, performance and reliability
Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits and security standards
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to lead engineers and development teams
Define the technical roadmap for the JobCenter solution, identifying opportunities for refactoring and improvement
Manage the transition from the current system to the transformed solution, supporting both legacy and new components in parallel
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into robust and sustainable technical designs
Provide ongoing sustainment and operational support for the existing JobCenter solution to ensure stability and reliability

Requirements

15 to 20 years of working experience in technology roles
Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including data model, security model and development capabilities such as Apex and LWC
Proven background in Solution Architecture with a track record of designing large-scale complex Salesforce solutions
Ability to think strategically and make architectural decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term objectives
Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice to have

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with FieldFX and Salesforce Field Service
Experience in a sustainment or operations environment
