Find me a jobWe are seeking a Senior Solution Architect - Salesforce to lead an engineering team and guide customer Technology Directors in migrating an in-house Loyalty Platform to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
This role requires extensive expertise in Salesforce and hands-on engagement in solution design and delivery within a large-scale hospitality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Technical Architect within a Scrum team, contributing to the long-term vision and optimal use of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud in hospitality projects
- Apply real-world Loyalty Cloud experience to support solution architecture decisions
- Drive delivery teams across all implementation stages, from engagement strategy discussions to reviewing data models and custom objects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer's Head of Technology to validate proposed solutions
- Define a sustainable technology and implementation roadmap aligned with long-term customer objectives
Requirements
- Salesforce expertise stronger than average platform specialists, with deep knowledge of Loyalty Cloud
- Strong understanding of system integrations, including MuleSoft, Kafka, Apigee, and RESTful APIs
- Background in Java-based solutions for understanding legacy components
- Capability to perform code reviews, technical estimations, and detailed solution design (data models, process flows, and code structure)
- Consulting mindset to propose pragmatic, scalable solutions addressing business challenges and ecosystem complexity
- Execution-driven approach to ensure solutions function effectively in production environments
Nice to have
- Background in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Java
- Familiarity with REST API
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
