We are seeking a Senior Presales Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise in enterprise project environments and a strong background in both business and technical analysis. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for value creation and a proven track record in client-facing or solution delivery roles within IT or consulting.

Responsibilities
  • Support the decomposition of RFPs and RFQs into clear deliverables for contributing teams
  • Assist in assembling the right SMEs across domains to address proposal requirements
  • Coordinate activities across the proposal’s timeline ensuring adherence to deadlines for deliverables
  • Contribute to defining the storyline and flow of the response with input from senior stakeholders
  • Transform provided SME content into polished and professional proposal responses with appropriate formatting and structure
  • Perform research to address gaps in SME inputs or low-complexity solution areas and work them to fix the gaps
  • Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing and well-organized deliverables
  • Support validation of estimates provided by SMEs by checking against previous responses and simple industry benchmarks
  • Maintain familiarity with foundational pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price) and coordinate with commercial teams to ensure cost competitiveness
  • Collaborate with account managers to gather data for pricing recommendations under guidance from senior presales leads
  • Prepare structured updates on bid status for leadership including summaries of key milestones and risks
  • Assist in organizing bid meetings and reviews by providing reports or facilitating discussions
  • Create concise briefing documents with input from the broader presales team for senior-level stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5-9 years of overall experience in Presales Consulting
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise project or product development environments with exposure to SDLC and modern tooling
  • Background in roles such as business and tech analyst, solution designer or component/tech lead
  • Understanding of modern software engineering concepts such as Agile/Lean delivery DevOps and CI/CD
  • Knowledge of estimation for mid-level technical solutions and understanding of solution layers including FE/BE/DB and components such as interfaces monitoring and telemetry
  • Experience with cloud native application development API layer developments or domain-specific applications with higher functional specifications such as PLM CAE or simulation
  • Working knowledge and understanding of one or two industry domains and functional landscapes such as automotive manufacturing energy or retail
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing or solution delivery roles in IT or consulting with an interest in value creation and business growth
  • Familiarity with foundational pricing models such as T&M and Fixed Price
