We are seeking a Senior/Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in the finance domain, specifically Cash Management or Treasury. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes in finance-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements from finance and treasury stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, Architects and QA
- Support process analysis and optimization within cash management and treasury operations
- Participate in workshops, gap analysis and solution design sessions
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
- Assist with testing activities, UAT coordination and deployment support
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- 6-15 years of professional experience
- Proven background as a Business Analyst in finance-related projects
- Expertise in Treasury and/or Cash Management domain is highly preferred
- Understanding of financial processes and operations
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, BRD, FRD and user stories creation
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Capability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competency in documentation and requirement management
Nice to have
- Background in AI, analytics or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with banking, liquidity management or treasury systems
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
