Responsibilities

Elaborate raw requirements into user stories grouped by features for program increments
Lead grooming and planning sessions within Scrum framework
Estimate scope using t-shirt sizes and story points
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams locally and globally
Identify internal and external project dependencies
Recognize and discuss non-functional requirements with project and client teams
Maintain effective verbal and written communication with all parties
Apply general understanding of the SAFe framework to project activities
Adapt quickly to existing project procedures and environments

Requirements

Extensive experience of 10-15 years in Business Analysis
Proven leadership in Scrum ceremonies such as grooming and planning
Experience working on ongoing projects with established processes
Strong stakeholder management capabilities across diverse locations
Competency in identifying and managing project dependencies
Capability to define and discuss non-functional requirements
Proficiency in verbal and written communication
General knowledge of the SAFe framework

Nice to have

Experience with Rally ALM or JIRA tools
Background in banking and financial services domain projects
Basic technical understanding of SQL
Familiarity with Postman and API concepts
