We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep knowledge of Payment Gateway services to help our team design new functionalities and collaborate with stakeholders in both local and global locations.
Responsibilities
- Break down raw requirements into user stories organized by features and delivered over 2 to 3-month program increments
- Facilitate grooming and planning sessions, estimating scope through T-shirt sizing and story points
- Support the ongoing project by following established procedures
- Partner with various stakeholders and teams across local and global locations
- Pinpoint internal and external dependencies
- Determine NFRs and review them with the project team and client-side teams
- Design new functionalities for Payment Gateway systems
Requirements
- 6-10 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with Payment Gateway Services and Systems
- Familiarity with Gateway Services and Mobile commerce platforms
- Practical experience in Scrum, Agile, and requirement gathering, including BRD and FRD documentation
- Working knowledge of the SAFe framework
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams across local and global locations
- Skill in identifying internal and external dependencies along with NFRs
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Rally ALM
- Experience with Banking and Financial Services projects
- Foundational technical knowledge of SQL, Postman, and APIs
