We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - DMS to join our team and act as the primary functional contact for ensuring business requirements align with development outcomes.

This role involves refining requirements, validating functional features, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clarifying and refining new requirements
Ensure user stories are well-documented and development-ready
Conduct functional testing to verify compliance with acceptance criteria
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate the functional scope of projects
Support backlog refinement by ensuring functional clarity and alignment with business priorities
Document functional behavior, edge cases, and feedback for the development team
Communicate functional gaps, testing results, and improvement opportunities effectively to stakeholders
Work closely with business teams, EPAM team members, and third-party development teams
Oversee demos and knowledge transfer sessions; gather and document stakeholder feedback
Review, qualify, and prioritize bugs and report them effectively
Assist with deployments, cutover activities, and post-deployment sanity testing

Requirements

7-10 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Knowledge of document management systems, preferably IBM FileNet
Expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management
Experience with DevOps, Microsoft Visio (or similar tools), and Dynamics 365 at intermediate proficiency
Strong skills in analyzing and documenting functional requirements and creating test plans
Background in agile methodology and backlog refinement
Capability to validate increments against acceptance criteria and identify functional defects
Familiarity with Gen AI tools like GHCP and CodeMie for SDLC is a plus
Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in PowerPoint
