We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead new business development initiatives focused on clients within the Global Capability Centers (GCC) in the India region.

This role requires a strong hunter mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and deal closure.

Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in GCC-based client organizations
  • Identify, engage and convert high-potential GCC-based clients for products and services delivered in India
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand presence in GCC markets by leveraging cultural and business insights
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, pricing models and value propositions tailored for GCC clients
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Work closely with delivery, marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on GCC market trends, competitor activities and regulatory requirements impacting sales
Requirements
  • 18+ years of working experience in sales or business development roles
  • Expertise in client engagement and relationship management within the India region
  • Skills in strategic prospecting, deal closure and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, pricing models and value proposition development
  • Understanding of GCC market trends, competitor landscape and regulatory environment

  • Background in IT services, SaaS or technology solutions
  • Existing network of India Market and GCC-based decision-makers
