We are looking for a Project Manager - AI Solution to support the end-to-end operations of the AI Solution practice, enabling collaboration across multiple teams and units in India. The role aims to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution of AI initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage AI Solution practice operations, including operational activities and processes
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to align goals and streamline processes
- Facilitate transparent communication channels and regular status reporting between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Drive engagement and alignment with senior leaders on AI initiatives
- Navigate ambiguity and multitasking to manage and run key calls with multiple stakeholders across various programs and initiatives
- Track progress and report on key performance indicators related to AI practice operations
- Support the integration of AI knowledge into practice workflows and deliverables
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth practice functioning
- Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives during initiation and planning phases
- Oversee ongoing AI initiatives to ensure adherence to service level agreements and contractual obligations
- Evaluate and mitigate risks impacting program outcomes and stakeholder expectations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating feedback, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining dashboards and reports
Requirements
- 14-17 years of overall IT industry experience, including background in project management or practice operations
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, technologies, and AI tools at a foundational level
- Proven capability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex workflows, and drive alignment and consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Background in managing operations for large accounts or programs with a focus on operational consistency and risk mitigation
- Skills in navigating and resolving stakeholder conflicts through strategic negotiation and communication
- Expertise in implementing governance frameworks and driving operational excellence
- Passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance delivery and innovation
- Competency in establishing and maintaining senior leader reports and dashboards, along with process improvement and automation
- Proficiency in Jira, board and workflow management, dashboards, and queries
- Familiarity with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Capability to work with both local and global leaders and diverse cross-functional teams toward unified objectives
- Showcase of strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior leadership globally
