We are seeking a Product Manager – Capital Markets with Options to lead a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions in the capital markets domain.
This role requires a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of options, and the ability to drive collaboration across multiple product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the new Options team
- Work with Digital Product Managers and multiple Product Owners across the portfolio to align vision and mission
- Coordinate communication between product teams
- Ensure a healthy backlog with at least 2-3 sprints of groomed stories
- Ensure hand-off processes and procedures are understood and communicated across portfolios
- Participate in PI planning sessions to understand portfolio direction and identify actionable items for product teams
Requirements
- 10-15 years of overall experience
- Knowledge of options is a must for this position
- Product management experience
- Experience in financial services, preferably wealth management
- Business acumen and ability to provide business and end customer perspective
- Skills in communication and presentation
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in SQL for database queries
- Capability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment
