We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer – React Native to drive the development of a cutting-edge mobile banking application, focusing on delivering seamless and robust user experiences through modern technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and implement mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical specifications
Develop user interfaces aligned with API specifications and design guidelines
Conduct peer code reviews and perform unit testing to ensure software quality and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to enhance performance and user experience
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Maintain documentation of development processes and technical specifications
Understand and update React Native app architecture
Deploy applications to app stores

Requirements

8-12 years of working experience in software engineering
3+ years of TypeScript experience
Proficiency in React Native with a strong portfolio of mobile applications using JavaScript and TypeScript
Extensive experience in developing and maintaining iOS and Android applications
Knowledge of mobile development design patterns and best practices
Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
Capability to develop large-scale applications with a focus on non-functional requirements
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
