We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with .NET and DICOM expertise to drive the architecture and development of advanced healthcare solutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in system design and security, and hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

Design and architect healthcare applications using C# .NET Framework, WCF and WinForms
Apply strong expertise in System Design, OOPS, Data Structures and Security principles
Work with SQL Database for development, optimization and data management
Develop UI components using JavaScript or TypeScript
Integrate healthcare standards such as DICOM and HL7 for interoperability
Support AWS cloud deployments and follow DevOps best practices
Contribute to infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform (high-level knowledge)
Drive scalable secure solutions with an AI-first approach

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on architecture and design
Expertise in C# .NET Framework, WCF and WinForms
Knowledge of HealthCare Domain, System Design, Data Structures and Security
Skills in SQL Database, JavaScript or TypeScript and DICOM
Understanding of HL7 and OOPS concepts
Background in AWS cloud, DevOps and infrastructure automation with Ansible or Terraform (high-level knowledge)
Capability to apply an AI-first mindset to solution development

Nice to have

Familiarity with ReactJS or Dojo Framework
Skills in Python
Understanding of FHIR
