We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive full-stack architecture and delivery with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS. You will lead estimation-to-release execution, strengthen engineering practices, and apply AI Native Engineering and agentic approaches using Microsoft tools. Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end full-stack architectures using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS
- Drive technical execution of user stories from estimation to implementation and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts to guide development
- Coach and guide engineers across the software development lifecycle and support their growth
- Integrate AI-native practices into daily delivery and the broader software development lifecycle
- Deliver agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
- Develop and support backend components, including SQL-based data solutions and Microsoft SQL Server
- Leverage Microsoft Azure Functions and Durable Functions to implement cloud-based capabilities
Requirements
- Proven full-stack engineering experience of 9+ years with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React
- Deep backend development expertise, including SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong skill in architecture definition, solution planning, and technical decision-making
- Track record of leading teams while keeping stakeholders aligned through the development process
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions
- Working knowledge of AI SDLC practices and how to integrate them into delivery
- Understanding of agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools and patterns
Nice to have
- Understanding of the Insurance value chain from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
- Exposure to Excess lines specialty products such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products, and Contractors
- Experience with Actuarial reserving concepts and workflows
