We're on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Java FS Angular to join our team, taking charge of designing, building, and delivering scalable full-stack solutions while guiding team members and coordinating with groups across different functions.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine details, and showcase completed work
- Write code that adheres to established standards and architectural guidelines
- Carry out code reviews and offer direction to fellow team members
- Build effective unit, acceptance, and integration test coverage
- Partner with the Delivery Lead and Scrum Masters to support smooth, planned releases
- Contribute to testing, training, and implementation stages across projects
- Address non-functional requirements, including performance and security considerations
- Work with multiple interface-related teams to confirm end-to-end functionality operates correctly
- Produce high-quality deliverables while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams spanning various time zones
Requirements
- Between 8 and 12 years of software engineering background, with particular focus on Java and full-stack development
- Strong command of Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST API design
- Skilled in Microservices architecture
- Capability in JUnit, JavaScript, and SQL
- Solid grasp of software engineering best practices and design pattern usage
- Working knowledge of Agile development approaches
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Copilot
