We are looking for a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with a solid Telecom and Salesforce background to drive product requirements and lead engineering team scrum activities for one of our existing Fiber Application Streams. In this position, you will spearhead software engineering initiatives, influence cross-functional teams that design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software, and ensure the successful delivery of top-quality products.
The position requires a shift until 10 AM PST to enable effective communication with the US time zone.
Responsibilities
- Identify and collect input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
- Maintain a concise definition of scope across the entire program
- Develop and update documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
- Partner closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to guide high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time)
- Serve as a Scrum Master, overseeing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and communicating them clearly to project stakeholders
- Own release schedules and milestones, sustaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver hands-on software development and project management support, together with cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communications, to achieve outstanding program outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 8-15 years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields
- Background in software development and overseeing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
- Proficiency as a Scrum Master leading development sprints
- English level of at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

- Background in Network Engineering
- Familiarity with OSS
- Understanding of Salesforce (core clouds)
- Qualifications in Software Engineering
- Capability to resolve problems within fast-paced and constantly evolving environments, collaborating cross-functionally in highly integrated teams made up of both technical and non-technical members
- Skills in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
