We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with experience in the insurance industry to drive the successful launch and integration of new product offerings within a digital insurance platform. As the primary liaison between core insurance business teams and market partners, you will define product integration, shape the end-user journey, and ensure seamless implementation of key insurance processes across policy issuance, billing, and claims.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main interface with market partners to define insurance product integration and end-user journeys
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for product implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize front-to-back insurance processes
- Assess and design business and IT architecture capabilities, operating models, and digitalization solutions
- Facilitate workshops and lead requirements engineering sessions with stakeholders
- Oversee policy and claims management, risk management, compliance, and corporate function processes
- Advise on regulatory factors, market initiatives, and drivers of change within the insurance sector
- Demonstrate leadership in business-led technology transformation projects
- Manage multi-stakeholder change initiatives and full project cycle activities
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and market partners
- Ensure alignment of solutions with market dynamics and customer experience goals
Requirements
- 10-14 years of general IT experience
- 8+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Excellent understanding of the wider insurance market, including regulation and market initiatives, with proven knowledge of market solutions
- Experience in business and IT architecture, operating models, policy and claims management, risk management and modelling, compliance, and digitalization solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead business-led technology transformation projects
- Advanced skills in developing innovative, multi-disciplinary solutions across dispersed teams and cultures
- Showcase of senior external consultant skillsets such as requirements engineering, process design, workshop facilitation, and change management
- In-depth experience with senior multi-stakeholder change management and full project cycle activities
- Advanced communication, presentation, facilitation, MS-Office and Visio, organizational and planning skills
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

- Knowledge of digital innovation, customer experience, InsurTech/FinTech ecosystems, and advising on market dynamics
