We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Capital Markets with Options to drive the success of our new Options team, collaborating closely with Digital Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver impactful solutions in the capital markets domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Options team and align efforts with the overall portfolio vision and mission
- Work with Digital Product Managers and Product Owners to clarify objectives and requirements
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between multiple Product teams
- Maintain a healthy backlog with 2-3 Sprints of groomed stories
- Ensure clear hand-off processes and procedures across Portfolios
- Participate in PI planning sessions to understand portfolio direction and team deliverables
- Provide business and end customer perspective to guide product development
- Support stakeholder management and product ownership activities
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of capital markets or investment banking with working knowledge of options
- Background in product management and financial services, preferably wealth management
- Skills in preparing BRD and FRD documentation
- Proficiency in SQL for database queries
- Competency in communication and presentation
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Capability to provide business acumen and end customer perspective
