We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing IT projects within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries.

This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering complex technology initiatives, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and expertise in handling enterprise-level IT delivery models.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality outcomes
Develop delivery roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and performance metrics
Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to achieve project goals
Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, SDLC/Agile methodologies, and regulated environments such as GxP
Utilize AI methodologies to enhance the software development lifecycle
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
Act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility
Address client business needs by crafting and proposing strategic IT solutions
Deliver executive-level status presentations and translate technical concepts into business insights
Guide and mentor team members, prioritizing a high-performance delivery culture
Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasting, and financial management activities
Ensure vendor and partner performance aligns with contracts and quality standards

Requirements

11-15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in IT project or program delivery
4+ years of experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals domains
Knowledge of enterprise-level IT initiatives like cloud migration, data platforms, and application development
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid methodologies as well as IT governance frameworks
Expertise in client stakeholder management and executive communication
Background in working with global, cross-functional delivery teams
Familiarity with regulated industry standards, including GxP requirements
