We are seeking a dynamic Data Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, ensuring top-quality outcomes for our clients.

This role involves managing complex data migration, platform, and management projects, while fostering strong client relationships and upholding best practices in data solution architecture.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts
Serve as the single point of accountability for delivery-related matters, including escalations and client engagement issues
Ensure governance of processes in delivery management and production aligned with the delivery model
Coordinate resource allocation to align with project roadmaps and required skill sets
Oversee technical leadership to ensure robust, future-proof architecture and adherence to quality standards
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients
Identify and manage engagement risks, addressing client concerns proactively
Coordinate proposal and statement of work preparation for customer engagements
Ensure project alignment with organizational processes and agile methodologies
Facilitate client accountability by ensuring their responsibilities are fulfilled
Develop delivery plans, including resource estimations and timeframes
Establish continuous delivery risk management strategies throughout project lifecycles
Measure and enhance delivery productivity
Support sales efforts, contribute expertise during bid processes, and help secure new business
Mentor and coach other delivery managers to develop talent within the organization
Actively participate in the delivery management community at EPAM
Contribute to the growth and operational management of the local Data Practice

Requirements

14-20 years of experience, with a solid background in data delivery management and data solution architecture
Proven expertise in leading complex projects related to data migration, platforms, or management solutions
Strong competency in governance processes and delivery models, particularly agile approaches
Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
Familiarity with developing strategies for risk management and productivity improvement
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Capability to manage technical leadership to ensure sound architecture and technical quality
