Step into the role of AI Architect, where you'll drive the design and rollout of generative AI solutions built on advanced tooling and cloud infrastructure.
Working in close partnership with engineering teams, you'll develop, refine, and launch AI models while making sure they satisfy performance, security, and governance requirements. Responsibilities
- Create and architect generative AI systems built to scale effectively
- Construct and launch large language models along with agentic system frameworks
- Tune and assess AI and generative AI models to ensure production readiness
- Partner with engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into broader solutions
- Maintain alignment with security protocols and governance standards
- Build out retrieval-augmented generation approaches and vector database implementations
- Oversee MLOps pipelines that support the full AI system lifecycle
- Help advance AI frameworks and tooling through continuous refinement
- Provide technical AI guidance to teams across different functions
Requirements
- Over 12 years of substantial experience spanning AI and machine learning
- A minimum of 2 years focused specifically on generative AI and large language models
- Solid grounding in conventional AI and machine learning approaches
- Strong command of deep learning techniques, including LSTM, CNN, and VAE
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face transformers
- Working knowledge of vector database solutions like FAISS and Qdrant
- Background working with cloud-based AI platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Solid capability in MLOps practices and bringing AI models into production
- Strong coding abilities paired with familiarity in AI evaluation tools such as RAGAS and DeepEval
- A problem-solving mindset combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
